What is Self-Storage?
Do you have items that you wish to keep but don’t have somewhere at home or at the office to securely store them? Then self-storage is for you - additional space for all your stuff!

Can I store items that need to be in a climate controlled environment?
We have self-storage options available which will be climate controlled to 24C. Contact us to find out more about these spaces.

Is my stuff safe?
We have a key coded entry at the facility entrance so entry to the facility is restricted to clients only. In addition, we have a security camera system on the perimeter of the building, entry door and in hallways of the self-storage facility. Your unit is equipped with a metal, roll down shutter and locked - only you have a key to this lock.

Is there a minimum rental period?
We offer as little as 1 week rental period!

Are there additional costs?
You pay for what you use. Only need a week, then only pay for a week. Need a month, then only pay for a month. Deposits vary depending on the length of time you require and are full refundable at the end of your use.

Is there a rental contract?
Yes, there is a contract tailored for the length of time you are storing. A valid, Barbados ID/Drivers Licence or Passport copy is required for our files.

Can I move in immediately?
Once space is available, you can move in as soon as the rental contract is signed and payment and deposit are received. We will pro-rate based on your contract and move in date.

What do I do when I want to move out?
Please notify us of your move out date as your rent is pro rated depending on your move out date based on your contract.

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept cash or credit cards. For longer contracts, direct deposits are available for clients of CIBC.

Do you offer move-in service?
For 12 month contracts, we offer a person to assist with moving items from the parking lot to your unit (maximum 2 hours).

Do you offer packing supplies?
Yes, we offer a wide range of packing supplies. Contact us to find out more or ask at reception. E-mail info@xs.bb or 622-1711.

Are you open 7 days per week?
You can access your unit 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Our office is open Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm. All tenants also receive an after-hours telephone number to contact in emergencies.

Do you offer trolleys?
Yes, we have trolleys available for your use.

Are units on the ground floor?
No for additional safety, all self-storage units are located upstairs but there is an industrial lift for easy movement of items.
